Official Rules.

The short version.

One grand prize · $2,000 for the best group-trip story, written or video. Judged on merit (see the criteria below), not chance.

A free WeGoing! account is required to enter. No purchase necessary · the account is free. Create one at book.wegoingapp.com and submit your story with the same email.

U.S. residents 21+ only for prize eligibility. International users may submit content for marketing consideration but are not prize-eligible.

No minors may submit or appear in submitted content. Anyone visible in your video must be 21+.

1. Sponsor.

The Promotion is sponsored by WeGoing, Inc.(the "Sponsor"). Inquiries: privacy@wegoingapp.com.

2. Promotion period.

The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (the "Start Date") and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time(the "End Date"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the Promotion for legal or operational reasons; any change will be posted on /group-trip-story-ugc before it takes effect.

3. Eligibility.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a free WeGoing! account. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family / household members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. International entrants may submit content for the Sponsor's marketing consideration but are not eligible to win the prize.

By entering, you confirm that any individual depicted in or named in your submission is 21+ and has consented to your submission. Submissions that include minors will be rejected and may, where required, be reported to applicable authorities.

4. How to enter.

Step 1 · Create your free WeGoing! account at book.wegoingapp.com. The account is free; no purchase is required.

Step 2 · Submit your story at /group-trip-story-ugc/submit using the same email address as your WeGoing! account. Submit a written story OR a short video story; you may also paste a public TikTok or Instagram URL of a post you authored about a real group-trip experience.

Limit: one (1) submission per person. Duplicate or substantially-identical submissions will be disqualified. Account status is verified before any prize is awarded.

Submission must be original · your own work, with all third-party content (music, footage, photos) properly licensed or in the public domain.

No copyrighted music in video submissions unless you hold or have obtained the necessary rights.

No nudity, sexual content, illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, threats,or personally identifying information about non-consenting third parties. Profanity and adult humor are permitted within reason at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Judging.

All eligible submissions will be reviewed and scored by a panel selected by the Sponsor on or before August 3, 2026, on the following 5-point criteria (1 lowest, 5 highest), 25 points total:

Humor · is it funny?

Relatability · does it ring true to anyone who has tried to plan a group trip?

Storytelling · is it well-told?

Originality · is it a fresh angle?

Brand fit· does it land within WeGoing!'s tone · funny, positive, real, never "trip from hell"?

The single highest-scored submission across all formats wins the grand prize. Ties are broken by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Judges' decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond, verify eligibility (including a valid WeGoing! account), and complete any required tax forms within seven (7) days; otherwise an alternate winner may be selected by score.

6. Prize.

Best Story grand prize· $2,000 USD, paid by electronic transfer or check at the Sponsor's option. Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,000. One (1) prize total.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for operational reasons.

Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes (including any applicable withholding) and any other costs and expenses not specified as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the U.S. winner if the prize value meets or exceeds the applicable IRS threshold; the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 before the prize is released.

7. Content license + publicity.

By submitting any content (written story, video, photo, audio, social-post URL, likeness, quote), you grant the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the submission and your name, social handle, and likeness in marketing, advertising, social media, investor materials, website content, partner materials, press materials, and promotional campaigns, in any media now known or later developed.

By entering and/or accepting the prize, where lawful, you consent to the Sponsor's use of your name, social handle, voice, likeness, and submission for publicity purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor may "like," comment on, repost, or otherwise interact with submissions on social platforms. Brand interaction does not indicate winner preference, judging score, or increased odds of winning.

8. Platform release.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, Threads, or X (Twitter). You agree to release each such platform from any and all claims, liability, or causes of action arising from your participation in the Promotion.

9. Conduct.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or any website associated with the Promotion; who acts in violation of these Official Rules; or who acts in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

10. Privacy.

Personal information collected from entrants is governed by the Campaign Privacy Notice and the broader WeGoing! Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to such use as described in those documents.

11. Limitation of liability.

The Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for: late, lost, garbled, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, telephone, or other communications malfunctions; printing, typographical, or production errors; or any human error in the administration of the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
